At Northwest Contractors, Inc. we specialize in projects that require the professional melding of multiple resources to manage the projects to successful completion. We are experienced contractors and consistently complete even the most complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety in the construction industry.

Our management team can successfully orchestrate the many disciplines required in contracting, beginning with design and conceptual estimates, value engineering, final budgets, contracting and construction and ending with final close-out and start-up of the project.

Contracting

Northwest Contractors, Inc. is a full service construction company. Our contracting experts will assist in initial project evaluation. Project goals and target budgets will be established.

Depending on the needs of individual clients, we can offer any of the following contracting methods:

• Competitive bid, lump sum contract
• Actual Cost plus a pre-determined Percentage or Fixed-Fee
• A Guaranteed Maximum Price, which includes fees and will not be exceeded. This method may include a sharing of cost savings between Northwest Contractors, Inc. and the Owner.
• Construction Management in which a fee is established for Northwest Contractors, Inc. to coordinate all construction activity. This method may also include design in which case Northwest Contractors, Inc. would coordinate all design and construction activities, offering the Owner a single source for all construction needs.

Design

We work with architects and builders to assemble a crack team of experts, tailored to suit the unique needs of a particular project.

Our successful timeline and project workflow management methodology provides the foundation for a successful contract. It does not end there, though. Insurance, permits, monitoring, and project updates are flawlessly executed with perfect timing, every time.
